$86 Million Raised!

Thanks to you, the Williston Builds campaign surpassed its goals

We are thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of the most ambitious fundraising initiative in our school’s 183-year history. Williston Builds: The Campaign for Our Community has raised over $86 million from nearly 6,000 alumni, parents, grandparents, employees, and friends. Launched with a vision to elevate the school for future success, this campaign has made a tangible difference in the lives of our students and graduates. The impact is evident across campus, with a new Residential Quad, an increased endowment for financial aid and faculty development, and record-breaking support for the Williston Northampton Fund.

Thanks to your generosity, Williston has generated momentum that will continue to propel the school forward for generations to come. We look forward to sharing more details in an upcoming issue of the Bulletin magazine, but in the meantime, scroll down to learn more about this remarkable campaign. We want to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who participated—whether by donating, volunteering, or spreading the word. Thank you for your unwavering support and for being part of this historic achievement!

—Robert W. Hill III, Head of School

What Did Williston Build in You?

During the campaign, we asked alums an open-ended question: What did Williston Northampton build in you? Their answers ran the gamut—creativity, leadership, opportunity, character, and more—but all shared a common theme rooted in their formative experiences at the school and their desire to build the same opportunities for the next generation of students.

Our Campaign Priorities

We launched the Williston Builds campaign with four key priorities: supporting academic excellence for students and faculty; enhancing our community and connections; ensuring access to a Williston education and a sense of belonging for all students; and building institutional momentum through a strong Williston Northampton Fund and endowment. In each of these areas, your contributions to the campaign have allowed the school to make progress and build an even brighter future.
