Visual and Performing Arts Department
Bio:
I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, moved to the States for college, and now live with my wife and 5-pound poodle in Connecticut. I started my journey in the theater as an actor when I was in the sixth grade, but nowadays I mostly work as a director and dramaturg. At Williston, I teach middle and high school theater courses, and direct the school plays and musicals.
Education:
B.A. in English and Theater Arts, Haverford College; M.F.A. and D.F.A. in Dramaturgy and Dramatic Criticism, Yale University School of Drama
Fun fact:
I’m a movie buff. I love both art house movies (P.T.A., anyone?) and popular blockbusters (let’s talk about the latest M.C.U. movie!).
